“Outstanding customer service! It took years to track down a problem where one breaker would trip during heavy rainstorms. Electrician #5 said he thought it was caused by an attic fan even though the fan didn't seem to have any wiring problems. I thought maybe it was the roof vent/fan that Baker installed that was letting in water so I called Baker: 7 years after their install! The NEXT MORNING, Baker had someone at my house investigating the problem! No wiring issues with the fan were found, again, but the tech, Wayne Stanfield, moved the fan's temp sensor away from the hole in the roof to reduce the chance of moisture intrusion. I won't know if that fix worked until the next heavy storm but I am extremely happy with the service Baker provided. They really stand out in a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past.

PS: Baker roofing only wired the new fan to the original junction so the problem wasn't even their fault!“
