We had a leak in our new build and were concerned with an impending storm on the way. Brandon came out within a couple hours of calling. 1.5 hours later he had the roof diagnosed and fully repaired including new matching shingles. It was like magic! Not to mention this was a Friday evening at 5pm. Brandon was kind, quick, and a true professional. Can’t say enough great things about him and this company!
Brandon handled my 1 year Pulte roof item to fix one of the roof vents. He was great - professional , nice, organized, and very thorough. He walked the whole roof to make sure nothing else needed attention and answered all my questions and took photos of his work. I would recommend him again.
Alpha Omega did a phenomenal job repairing leaks in our roof (which were stemming from the original builders relatively shoddy workmanship). The crew lead - didn’t get a chance to get his name, was juggling a baby at the time - was incredible professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained what the issue was - including having one of his workers bring an example of the original roofing - and told me in detail how he was going to fix it. Once the work was complete, he showed me before and after pictures and explained what he and his crew did before, after, and what the difference will be now.
