Fantastic service. Technican came out and diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes. Ordered the part and installed it 1.5 days later. And now we are back in business. I would recommend using Sears for appliance repairs to anyone after my experience. It's was a tad pricy, but you also get what you pay for.

Did not have the refrigerator repair. The course of the repair would be just about the same about buying a new refrigerator but the technician explained with clarity I give him 5+ star

Parts took way too long to get. This was the 2nd time in about 2 weeks that the washer broke. We were not a priority on the schedule as they were to arrive between 8-3 and got here at about 1:50. 2 weeks worth of wash to do. Tech fixed it but now lets see if it holds :)
