My experience was excellent! My iPhone 17 Pro Max was shattered and bent so badly I thought it won’t no saving it, specially after Apple in Raleigh said they couldn’t do nothing for me to get my data transfer to my replacement. After going there I decided to call uBreakiFix and when I called, Josh(the tall one) said his shift would be over within 15 mins but that he was willing to stay over his shift to help me figure this out. Had a flip Z4 and the screen went dark. Purchased a flip 7 and carried phone to have all the data transferred over to the new phone. Josh was a life saver. He was able to transfer everything over without losing anything. Dropped the phone off around 10:30am and he was calling around 2ish the same day to say it was ready for pick up. Thanks again Josh for the outstanding job on fixing this. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars.
