Because I couldn't get a return call from a local appliance service, I called Elite in Rocky Mount. They made the appointment, fixed my refrigerator, talked to me and answered all my questions. They were very polite and friendly. I will call them the next time I need something done. Thank you Bobby and Dillon.

I would give Bob more than three stars, but his receptionist rarely, if ever, answers the phone. So I leave messages, and they never return my calls! Communication is key, but they don't seem to think so! I have an appointment tomorrow, and I need to tell him something because of our weather situation, so I'm hoping he will fix the problem immediately! If not, I'll have no choice but to explore other options!

We have used Bob’s a few times over the years and they have always been great. Called yesterday for an issue with our Refrigerator, and the Technician came promptly this morning. He was not able to fix the issue due to the Refrigerator type (Only certain technicians can repair Kenmore), but explained how to get another tech there, and did not charge us for the appointment. Fantastic Service and we will definitely call again!!
