We ordered an inspection for our home purchase and Kayla was just the best. She walked us through their inspection process, explained that they look for all wood-burrowing insects, not just termites, and reassured me that they would note any other pest infestations they find. She also assured me the inspector would check the attic as long as the door was open. I really appreciated how kind and patient she was. The inspector came and did everything she said he would, which was the cherry on top of my experience with King.

My son purchased a home and the seller used King's to seal the crawl space. We opted for an upgrade and we were extremely satisfied with the outcome. My son should not have to worry about moisture issues for years to come. He is also set up on their yearly exterminating service plan. We highly recommend King's!
