Every person I came in contact with was friendly and professional. All people that came to my house were polite and prompt and went well above my expectations to make sure my needs were met. I never heard any complaints, even though my job was a very dirty crawlspace reconditioning. I'm very pleased I chose Terminix over the other three crawlspace contractors I got quotes from.
I had to call you all back because the first person you sent, was, in my opinion, terrible. Jeremiah W. is the only one I like, he is professional, he listens to our pest problems and takes care of it. If he notices anything that might be an issue, he speaks to us about it. I was a manager for years, and I expect people to do their job. You have a fantastic employee in Jeremiah, I hope that you realize this. He is truly the only one I trust coming to my house.
