“My cat had a unknown trauma happen and ideal was great getting us in to be seen. Unfortunately the trauma left my cat with needing his leg amputated. Ideal stated they were booked up for surgeries until the new year. The vet was great and moved some things around for our boy to get his leg amputated. The techs and the vet were both awesome and very friendly. Only downside throughout my encounter with ideal was I had a few encounters with the girls or a girl at the desk not having the best customer service. Overall they have been awesome to my family! Thank you for everything! ❤️“
