I am leaving this review several years after being a client of theirs because their care has truly stuck with me. I believe my cat had FIP, for which there was no approved treatment at the time. The clinic took their time to learn, educate themselves, and provide deep compassion and condolences when she ultimately lost her life. I would highly recommend them to every cat owner I know.
It seems many of the lower reviews stem from the clinic strictly enforcing their policies and being a smaller practice—neither of which I view as a negative.
Today was my first time going to this cat clinic & I absolutely love it! I love how the ladies made my cat comfortable by giving pets, treats, and brushing her before even starting. It helped me feel calm knowing my cat is in great hands and they didn’t just jump straight into the exam. I also liked that I got to see what they were doing and also educating me on most of the things I needed to know. I will definitely be making this where I take my cat from now on💕
I brought my kitten Ahsoka here for her first vet appointment and they exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so kind and took such good care of my baby. I highly recommend this place to any cat owner. These people truly care about cats!
