I wish I could give them a million stars because I truly can not say enough good things and today really sailed that home. From the reception desk to the vet to the techs ( in particular the two sweet techs who seem to always get Ducky but this day in particular was 8/27/26 for his nails) are SO compassionate, kind and caring! I had my dog Kasey in for her yearly check up. The staff was all smiles, friendly and helpful. I was taken to a room quickly and the techs were kind and gentle with my collie. I saw the vet in a reasonable timely manner and she, Dr. N. Brinson was also excellent and patient with me and my questions as well as my dog. Check out was quick and the cost was also reasonable. I recommend this place highly!!

Ideal pet care is a welcoming environment. The staff are incredible. They are polite and helpful, and they go out of their way to make you and your pets feel comfortable. The Dr's truly care about your pet, and aren't generally focused on a cash grab like so many other veterinarians in the area. They are by far the cheapest and most affordable veterinarians in the area. The building is clean, and obviously taken care of by the staff. I am so happy we found this place. Thank you so very much.
