Ken was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and answered the questions that we had about our HVAC system. He did not try and sell us anything extra and was up front on what was needed and helped educate us on what was needed and what was not needed.

Absolutely the best! Ken analyzed my heat situation and advised me with a professional and honest reply. There are good honest people....and Ken is one of them!!! I would recommend them over and over again. Thanks again for all your help!!!

Kenny has fixed, in under a hour, what was originally installed incorrectly & what 4 other local HVAC companies didn’t bother to take apart to inspect properly to repair. All 3 bathroom exhaust fan dampers were installed upside down / backwards so they were not functioning properly leaving condensation & mildew on the ceiling and vent. Kenny fixed the 2 upstairs dampers with attic access, the other one is between floors so that repair is for a later date. I can lightly hear the damper closing when the fan is turned off now. I’ll call Simply Right moving forward for all HVAC needs, thanks again Kenny! :)
