“Everyone was very respectful and very nice people. Known the company for a while now but this is the first time I’ve had them do some work for me and I’ll say it and give it to them. They deserve every penny. Amazing work done and done in a very quick amount of time.“

“Floors Galore did an amazing job on our floors. They were patient and answered all our questions. They listened when we told them what we were looking for and made sure that we were looking within our price range. We went in on a Saturday and the coordinator, Lee, was not there but they made a note for him to call us on Monday and he called first thing. He was super helpful and friendly. The installers were great. They were very polite and respectful. They will definitely be our first choice if we ever need flooring again and I will recommend them if any I know is looking for flooring.“

“Update on review:Pros: Andrew cares about his customers and wants them to get the best value for their home. He's a great guy that means well but I think he is easily distracted with everything and a bit disorganized.Cons: After a couple of weeks I started noticing damages to my walls, nails still sticking out from the quarter rounds, and the kicker below my garage door came undone. Most likely from the dolly moving my washer and dryer in and out. There was also a 1 inch piece of flooring right under the quarter round that started to come up within the week. We got our floors done on August 28th. It is now November 6, and wheneverr I reach out or attempt to schedule a time for them to come, I get the run around and excuses as to when they'll be able to come repair.Overall the floors are great, although if I did reccomend to my neighbors and friends who are looking to redo their floors , I would encourage them do a thorough inspection of where they worked and make sure the problems are addressed before payment“
