King Tide Flooring, featuring King's Custom Hardwoods
“Great Customer Service and Great Product. Four years ago King's Custom Hardwood installed flooring in 1st floor bedrooms then upstairs bonus room. The whole process went smooth, From the beginging, Jessica was wonderful, informative, great communication and follow-up. David was the installer who did a great job .... not one issue. Very friendly and conscientious. Now play forward to today, 4 years later. I dropped salad dressing on the floor and did not know how to clean/remove. I called Jessica left a message and she called back within 1 hour. WOW! She gave me the name of a cleaner which I tired and it worked. Working with Jessica makes you feel like a customer for life. She is always there and helpful. I would highly recommend King's Customer Hardwoods in Hampstead, NC.”
