She was very knowledgeable about pricing and installation information.The crew (Ronny, David, Joe, and James) that did the installation were professional and on time. They answered all our questions while they did the work. They were very honest during the installation as one of the pieces was damaged. It would have been easy to hide the damaged item, but they pointed it out and gave us a new one. The job was done in only 2 1/2 days. I would recommend Floors Unlimited and will use them again in the future.“

“This is a great family owned business. We needed the floor in the entire house leveled and covered. These people did a great job!! Returned my call quickly, gave free estimate and problem solved some of the issues we had with the floor. They had a great selection of floor colors and materials, quickly called when the manufacturer did not have enough product ( & manufacturing date was a month out), so I was able to choose another flooring that was in stock and keep our project on time. I will use this company again & would recommend them to a friend. They travel outside New Bern, price was comparable to two other quotes. We are so happy with the end result!!“
