Leslie, who is the Sales/Design Consultant was extremely helpful in guiding us through various patterns and carpet materials that would work best with our challenging staircase. Once our choice was confirmed Derrick, who specializes in custom installations came out to our house and created an installation template for the runner. All through the process they both asked many questions and verified our choices. During the tedious installation process Derrick carefully crafted the runner on each individual step on the staircase. “I highly recommend Andrew and his team (Robert and James). All were professional, friendly, and respectful. They took great care in making sure the work was completed properly. For example, all down spouts were removed in order to paint the trim behind the downspouts and then reinstalled. Exterior electrical outlet covers were removed to enable proper painting around outlets and then reinstalled. My neighbor commented on how meticulous the team was in ensuring the paint was properly applied. Any areas I identified needing touch up, the team responded quickly. The work site was cleaned up each evening. My wife and I are definitely satisfied with the work performed.“
