Not only did she walk us through the entire process in terms a five-year-old could easily understand, but she also gave him a children’s book she personally wrote to help kids feel more comfortable with dental care. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental facility. From start to finish, Dr. Mancini made a stressful situation calm and reassuring—for both me and my son. “I am extremely pleased with the services I received on my first visit to this practice!! It's always scary to find a new dentist but I can't wait to return for my extended care.
The staff is friendly, professional and on top of their game moving thru the detailed full service exam as proficiently as possible! I feel like they truly care about your health which can be rare these days.
My only concerns were, the wait time from initial call to appointment was 6+ months or so which was disappointing but well worth the wait now that I finally made it! The online registration process is not exactly a piece of cake and I got hung up after several attempts which is typically easy for me so be prepared but they have a work around and you will not be disappointed with the services!
