TLDR; First visit to Richlands location, will be returning. Website could use some TLC.Recent visit to Richlands office gets 5/5 stars!Alicia was very kind, personable, and thorough. Consult turned into a comprehensive exam (I was overdue), and she made sure that all bases were covered from x-rays to a periodontal referral and accurate coding to my insurance.Hygienist Laura was extremely efficient, educational, and enjoyable to work with.Dr. Edens obviously cares about her patients, and I look forward to seeing her again.Can't forget Gracelynn at the front desk who a) was able to schedule the consult quickly when a comprehensive appt slot was not readily available, b)...read full review

Nice atmosphere! Amazingly Wonderful staff & dentist. We had some dental work done last year and before the procedure started they explained it not just to me but my kids as well! The past trip was a cleaning! Thank You Lane & Associates Family Dentistry an amazing place to go.

I have been going to Lane Dentistry for a long time now. They are always friendly and professional, very welcoming. During my most recent visit to Lane Dental did a wonderful job. After my cleaning they explained all my options for future care of my teeth. It is always a pleasant dental experience.
