Last Monday, I lost a crown on a molar that I had had for years. Since we’re new to town, I checked Google for a dentist and found this office. I called Tuesday morning, and they were able to see me just two hours later!
I was seen right away and walked out about 20 minutes later with an appointment for a new crown on Thursday at 7:00 a.m. They had even offered me an appointment for Wednesday, but unfortunately I couldn’t make it.
The entire crown procedure on Thursday took a little under two hours. I absolutely love that they make the crowns right there in the office, so you don’t need multiple appointments or have to wait for a lab to make the crown.
I’m New to NC this is my 1st dentist appointment. The lobby is beautiful, Heather the technician is professional plus warm. Dr. Mancini also extremely professional, warm, and patient. Both took the needed time to fully explain my process, where gentle always asking after my comfort. Highly recommend this Dentistry!
