We hired Chris to do an external RV hookup on our house in the past and he did a great job. However, we were going to hire him today and his response to a last minute request was not with the professionalism and courtesy I expect as a customer. Every business should be grateful for every job and respond to even potential customers with respect. I would suggest taking this into consideration sir before replying to a customer...you have to see how it's going to look/sound to them.

I hired Chris to put in a whole house surge suppressor in home. This is not the first time, I hired him. He is the ultimate professional and his work is far superior from the other electricians that I have hired in the past.
