My mom had the most lovely experience at Boles Funeral Home in Red Springs. When her fax machine broke, she stopped by hoping for help, and was met with the kindest, friendliest service from April. She didn’t charge her to send the fax, was patient and accommodating, and treated her with such genuine warmth.
My mom couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the facility was and how wonderful April made her feel — she even gifted her a 2026 calendar. Those small acts of kindness meant so much to us. God Bless Us.

However, we were going to hire him today and his response to a last minute request was not with the professionalism and courtesy I expect as a customer. Every business should be grateful for every job and respond to even potential customers with respect. I would suggest taking this into consideration sir before replying to a customer...you have to see how it's going to look/sound to them.
