S & A Construction
“I recently hired S&A construction for an extensive home improvement project, which included the construction of a brand-new bathroom, a complete renovation of 3 existing ones, full interior painting, and a flooring upgrade. I am pleased to report that their performance was exemplary across all aspects of the work.
The construction of the new bathroom was executed flawlessly. From initial design consultation through to completion, the team displayed a deep understanding of structural requirements, plumbing logistics, and aesthetic coherence. The result is a beautifully integrated, fully functional space that looks as though it was always part of the home and as I always dreamt of. Every fixture, fitting, and finish reflects a high standard of craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail.
The renovation of the existing bathrooms was handled with the same level of precision. Outdated elements were thoughtfully replaced, and the transformation has added style, modern and functionality to the space. The tilework, cabinetry, and lighting were particularly well done, enhancing both the look and usability of the room.
The interior painting throughout the property was carried out with professionalism and care. Surfaces were expertly prepped, edges were sharp, and the finish was clean and consistent. The team took great care to protect surrounding furniture and flooring, and the site was left spotless after each day’s work.
The flooring upgrade involved replacing old materials with modern, durable alternatives, and the result is outstanding. Installation was precise, transitions between rooms were seamless, and the final appearance dramatically improved the overall ambiance of the home.
One of the most commendable aspects of working with Ed and his team including Natasha, Pancho, and many more was their clear communication and reliability. They provided regular updates, respected the project timeline and budget, and responded promptly to any queries or adjustments along the way.
In summary, this was a first-class experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend S&A construction to anyone seeking superior workmanship, integrity, and results that enhance both the form and function of their home.
I have adding before and after project pictures to show the difference. Super pleased with the results and looking forward to work many more projects with this exceptional team in coming years!”
