UR responded within 24 hours of my email inquiry, and arrived the following day for evaluation and gave me an estimate on the spot. Scheduling was easy and all my requests were completed in 1.5 days. I lived in Robert’s unit for 7 months and overall, it was a positive experience. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and private, with its own entrance. It stayed warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and everything worked as expected—appliances, plumbing, heating, etc.

Robert lives upstairs, and he was always respectful and responsive whenever I had a question or needed help with something. Communication was easy, and he handled any concerns promptly and professionally.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a cute little park. If you’re looking for a comfortable, no-stress rental with a reliable landlord, I’d definitely recommend this place.
