Extremely thrilled with my visit to the Leesburg Rd Sport Clips.In particular, Caroline did an outstanding job on my haircut. Easily the happiest I've been in chair in a number of months. My style is fairly complex. I have a couple of heavy cowlicks. It requires blending, texturing, scissor skill, and clipper work including a hard part.It also requires an eye that understands how to fit the style onto my head. I went to the Leesville Road location instead of my usual Brier Creek location because the wait at Brier Creek is always so long and I was trying to go on my lunch break. I checked in on the mobile app ahead of time and was seated immediately when I walked inside. Caroline was the lady that cut my hair and she was perfect. She knew right away I needed a nice trim and clean up as it had been months since my last haircut. She asked if I wanted the MVP experience (which I have gotten in the past), but I told her I could not since I was on my lunch break and didn't have the time. I took my son here for a haircut. Checked in online on their website and didn't have to wait. We drove there around the time the website indicated. We were called within a few minutes. Inside, Gilda cut my son's hair. She was very friendly and knew her craft. She asked me exactly what I wanted and ensured the cut was what I wanted. There was plenty of parking outside and the place was clean. Very good experience here. I will definitely be bringing my son back to and will prefer to have Gilda do the cut.
