“Amazing is what I can say about Zay. Back story my son is autistic and has sensory issues with vibration especially close to his ears. My nephew recommended his barber Zay and I am so thankful to have met him. Zay has been cutting Logan’s hair for almost 2 years and he is a true blessing. From the moment he met my son Zay has been patient with him and always smiling, something about his energy welcoming and very humble, even in the beginning Zay just talked with Logan and slowly work with him to cut his hair. Now Logan hops up in the chair and even gives Zay a fist pump after he’s done!!! One important thing I should mention is that I have looked around for someone to cut Logan’s hair even trying the kid’s salon, and I can honestly say that Logan loves going to Zay, he even lets me know that it’s time for him to get one!! And Logan talks about how handsome he is after Zay cuts his hair!!! I can’t say thank you enough Zay, especially when I’ve had some not wanting to “deal” with my son. So once again thank you!!! If I could give you 100 stars I would, as I said before, you have a customer for life!!!“

“Stopped by Mister Pompadour for a beard trim and treatment with Slim, and it was a great experience all around.

The shop has a cool retro feel without trying too hard — comfortable atmosphere, good people, and a place you can actually relax for a bit. Slim does excellent work and pays attention to the details. My beard came out looking clean, sharp, and natural, not overdone.

You can tell these guys take pride in what they do and care about the experience as much as the cut itself. Definitely recommend checking them out.“

I decided to give them a try because they are right down the street from my house. I don’t generally like going to large chain haircutting places and my barber recently passed away.
The facility itself is very nice and well kept, clean and relaxing.
At this point I’ve had my hair cut by almost everyone there over the last 3 or 4 months and each time I’ve been quite satisfied with my haircut and my experience from start to finish.
And the location couldn’t be any closer to my home which makes it that much better for me.

“Moved to the area and found South Hill Barber Shop this week. First place i tried and thankfully i dont have tongo through the awkward couple months with bad haircuts trying to find a new barber! Tommy helped me out and gave me exactly what i was asking for, the cut looked amazing and the shop was a very vintage feel which i love.
