Jason installed a new system 5 years ago after another company with very aggressive sales person gave me an absurd price.
Now 5 years later my ac goes out on Sunday of a Holiday weekend. I called at 4pm and the repair was completed by 5:30. With the repairman waiting 20 minutes for the thunderstorm to pass.
I have been recommending this company since the day they installed my system and haven’t stopped telling people how great they are.
On the hottest weekend of the year thus far, my a/c died! I called Scott Comfort early Monday, totally expecting to be told I would not be able to have a Tech out until later that week. They instead had someone THAT DAY! The Tech was on time, polite and knowledgeable. My repair was done in less than an hour!!! From the minute your call is answered to the minute the Tech leaves your driveway, you feel as though you are their only customer that day! I give them 10 STARS!!!!
I needed a new AC system for my downstairs. Mine had been slowly dying for quite some time. And of course at the hottest time of year, mine bit the dust. Long story short, I have never experienced such a quality of workmanship! The installation team worked tirelessly to install the new AC, explained the Smart thermostat, smiling the whole time! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jason’s team, as well as being cool and comfortable!
