Romanoff is a solid company. Unfortunately I used Aire Serv of Chapel Hill for my house AC maintenance and will never use that company ever again. Aire Serv quoted me $6k to replace evaporator coil and Romanoff cost a third of that price. Romanoff technicians were very professional and got the job done right. I highly recommend this company for your residential AC needs.

I installed one of their unit in 2018 and called the customer service. The lady on the phone is very very rude! It was one of the most expensive unit they suggested. Well, my HVAC compressor broke in 5 years (like 15 days after the warranty expires). Very bad customer service, rude employees and bad product.

Matthew from Romanoff has been out to our home twice. He does excellent work. Couldn't be more pleasant and professional. We hope to have him back soon to do some more upgrades.
