I called On Call Wildlife after my plumber discovered a dead animal in my crawl space. Beau was professional from the first phone call, explained exactly what the job would involve, and showed up when he said he would which was the same afternoon. He located the animal, removed it, cleaned up the area, and deodorized the crawl space thoroughly. The smell was gone in less than an hour. He also identified the most likely entry point. When my plumber returned for separate work shortly after, he noted unprompted that Beau had done a really good job down there. That says a lot to me. The price was fair and the work was done right. Listen to me when I tell you, this company is everything the reviews is saying. We reached out to them on a Wednesday evening in distress seeking help as a snake had entered our commercial space. Mr. Beau answer the phone. It was so calm and chill. He assured me that he knew what he was doing and put me at ease. He was able to visit us on the same day within a couple hours of receiving my call. Not only did he stop by and assess the situation, he also spoke to staff, assuring them that the snake was harmless and instructed them on what to do. He put out sticky boards to trap the snake. Beau was so prompt, informative, and kind. Really impressed at how he handled the squirrels (mama+four babies) in our attic, and their back and front door holes. We really appreciated how swiftly Beau took care of trapping and removing our extra guests AND repairing our roof, including installing gable vents. Thanks, Beau!
