I called CBS after discovering a roof leak during Debby. David, the owner, answered the phone and was very personable, knowledgeable and understanding. He was able to get Bill our first thing Monday to check out the leak. Bill took lots of pictures and explained the source of the leak and the fix. The price was very reasonable and he fixed the issue as well as 3 other issues that I didn’t see. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. 10 stars. Oh, and they are locally owned and operated!
We have been really pleased with CBS throughout our roof replacement process. We were not living at the house and doing this from out of town. The communication from the beginning was excellent. Once we signed the contract, they were able to start the job the next day and took 2 days to complete. We were impressed with how fast they were able to start and finish. The crew was there early in the morning until the sun went down. Hard working crew. David kept me informed throughout the process and sent me pictures. The price was reasonable and David continued to reach out to make sure we didn’t have any issues with the job and made sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend...read full review
