MyEyeDr. provides an exceptional customer experience, with a friendly and patient staff led by Dr. Hayes. Customers praise the meticulous, punctual, and observant service, as well as the care, patience, and knowledgeable guidance offered during eye exams and appointments, even when the business is closing.
This is the second time my eyeglasses were not what I ordered (the first time was at another location). I did not receive a call once my reorder glasses came back. A very disappointing experience!!! I was later contacted by customer relations and felt better afterwards. I believe in allowing someone the opportunity to correct their wrong.
We were thrilled with our experience here. We got a year’s supply of contacts for a great price. We worked with Andrew who was very kind and went out of his way to provide excellent service.
A friend suggested Dr. Hayes. BEST experience ever from any doctor. Staff was friendly and patient with me while choosing frames. I purposely drive 50 miles just to see him passing many MyEyeDr locations. Well worth it.
