“I'm only commenting on the instrument rental aspect of their business. We needed an instrument for a few months until one that we could purchase became available. Other places required a yearly contract, Falls River has them on a month-by-month basis. The pricing was also more affordable compared to other places.

We rented for short of 2 months, and the process was painless. Everything was paid for, the pickup and the returning process was also a breeze. No issues.
