The repair service man was polite, helpful and explained everything including all of the options. He was dedicated to making sure the repairs were done well. He even came back the next day to make sure everything was working right. He was truly a gem and gave excellent customer service. The MTC HVAC team is highly recommended. They always come to the rescue whenever the rental property needs attention. They’re responsive, reliable, professional, and consistently do an amazing job. Great service once again. The AC went out between heatwaves, and MTC's prompt service included going the extra mile and fixing the jerry rigged upside-down furnace, repairing duct work and lending out a portable AC unit all at no extra charge.
