About Life Time
Life Time Raleigh is an athletic country club that offers a wide range of amenities for everyone. Members enjoy an expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, and both indoor and outdoor pools. The facility is known for its cleanliness and friendly staff, including the kids club, which provides excellent care for children. Recent additions like CryoLounge+ and HydroMassage chairs enhance the experience for members, with 15 minutes of usage included in the Signature membership. The location features great indoor and outdoor lap pools, with plenty of seating, especially around the outdoor pool, making it a preferred choice over other locations. The upstairs weightlifting area has lots of equipment, which is usually available even during busy times like around 6pm. Many members appreciate the clean locker rooms and showers, and some enjoy reserving indoor pickleball courts since nearby parks are often crowded. Overall, Life Time Raleigh remains a popular choice for fitness enthusiasts seeking a comprehensive gym experience.
Usually very nice customer service, the receptionist (usually male) scans your membership card to check in. Our family spends about $280 a month for membership. The place is pretty clean, they provide towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a day care center for the kids, spa/salon, and cafe. Downstairs they have family, female, and male locker/shower rooms, they have hot tub, mist room, sauna, and the swimming pool. Upstairs they have gym machines, basketball court, weights, etc. Wish they were still 24/7 which was much more convenient and worth the price, now they close by midnight on weekdays and earlier on weekends.

I love this place, it feels safe and the staff is polite and wants to help with your every need. I highly recommend this place, the price for a membership is worth it. You get lots of benefits and if you work there it's free.
A friend and I went to Life Time for a facility walkthrough. Olivia was our tour guide and she graciously began with a brief helpful sit-down informative/question & answer exchange.
Next was the gym/club tour. Our facility walkthrough was filled with information and explanations. Her tour included the gym, all amenities, group class previews, etc and membership options.
Olivia’s genuine interest in us knowing and understanding about Life Time was refreshing. She exceeded our expectations of every aspect of a tour guide and delivered excellence. Thank you Olivia!!
