Installation day was smooth with the team arriving right on time, being respectful of the property, and friendly. The team was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind, with work done in four hours and everything left clean and nice. We’ve worked with Joe Cool for over 20 years for everything from fall/spring maintenance and small repairs to 2 full system replacements. I can’t say enough about how great they are to work with.
