Kudos to Taylor! Our 39 year old Trane outdoor central air unit fan stopped working. Taylor responded quickly and had us back up and running in no time. Jay's Heating and Cooling replaced our upstairs heating and AC a couple of years ago. We're very pleased with the installation and service. The folks at Jay's Heating and Cooling are excellent. Relieved to find an HVAC company that sticks with the client to make sure the job gets done. Had a completely new system installed and Jay’s worked through several unit manufacturing defects until installing another completely new system. They also brought us window AC units to keep the house cool until the new system proved itself free of issues. I know it was even more frustrating for them than for us but they did not quit. Really could not recommend any other company.
