This HVAC is a go to for many clients, with referrals loving them for being honest, timely, and very professional. Service includes AC Replacement + UV Light Install. Quoting by text is available, with flexible weekend verification. They do not pressure customers to replace furnaces unnecessarily. Technicians are helpful and teach customers about ACs. UV lights are recommended for air quality. Installers are polite and work efficiently. Pricing is reasonable and market-aligned. Customers have had excellent experiences with issues, with the crew being on top of their game. They are responsive and professional.
8/26 Again Jay's heating and cooling are five star. I have the Comfort plan which is reasonable plus they give a small senior discount. Scheduling is easy...generally quick and they text you ahead and arrive on time. I had a small issue with the technician being new and when I called for a follow-up the service managers came out immediately early the next morning and fixed the problem at no charge.

Amazing service from initial call to technician support. Woke up to a dead thermostat, called the team and they immediately got us on the schedule. Nic was an awesome technician. He immediately diagnosed the issue, showing me a photo, fixed the issue and waited to ensure everything was working as expected. He also gave lots of pets to my dogs. Definitely recommend!
