Quoting by text is available, with flexible weekend verification. They do not pressure customers to replace furnaces unnecessarily. Technicians are helpful and teach customers about ACs. UV lights are recommended for air quality. Installers are polite and work efficiently. Pricing is reasonable and market-aligned. 8/26 Again Jay's heating and cooling are five star. I have the Comfort plan which is reasonable plus they give a small senior discount. Scheduling is easy...generally quick and they text you ahead and arrive on time. I had a small issue with the technician being new and when I called for a follow-up the service managers came out immediately early the next morning and fixed the problem at no charge.
