We recently had to replace some carpet in the house. It was old and needed to go. I thought we had picked out the right product for replacing it but was guided by the team at House of Floors to a product that much better suite our needs. It was a minor upsell but did not feel like we were being sold at all. In fact we both feel much better about the product we selected. It helps that the owner is also a real estate agent. This gave us advice that 1 gave us a product we are much happier with. 2 gave us a product that when we sell the house is going to be wanted buy a future buyer.
