Met with Haylie McClung, PA today for my very first appointment and she was fantastic! I was dealing with a lot of anxiety and stress surrounding this and she was so kind, understanding, and helpful. I was seen quickly but not rushed, and my nurse for the day was so kind and helpful as well. Highly recommend to anyone needing urogynecological medical help!!
I felt like my experience here was great! It’s very clean and nice. I was checked in kindly by the receptionist. Once I was brought back, I was able to ask 100 questions without feeling guilty for it. I get really scared/nervous in new doctors offices. Adriana Cruz was my nurse this morning and honestly the best nurse I’ve ever had!! (apologize if I use the incorrect job label) She was caring and picked up when I was nervous. Checked on me after my procedure after the doctor left. She let me talk the entire time. I felt the absolute most comfortable I could feel at a doctors office.
