????I bought an AC UNIT for my condo on (3rd level) April 2021. 1) When you guys put it in; you put it in wrong so the water drained from the AC to the ceiling & walls of the ppl below me. IT WAS A MESS! It has never cooled properly! 2) Called guys back. Tells me it need a compressor. For a “brand new unit” now. The guy says sometimes we get a bad one in the bunch. I don’t wanna hear that????He comes put the compressor in; say give it 2-3 hrs. to cool the house should be fine. “NOT COOLING”! Call em back. Guy says it needs “another compressor”He comes back put in “another compressor”. “STILL NOT COOLING”????Call em back. This time it needs an evaporating...read full review
