We had the technician Tim visit our house today to perform an air flow test. What an incredible, knowledgeable, and trusting person. Tim is the kind of technician who actually cares about his job and cares about the homeowner. He took his time explaining why he did things the way he did, walked me through everything step by step, and didn't mind repeating himself to help me better understand his reasoning. No cutting corners. Never rushing to get out of my house to get to his next job, but instead had an amazing amount of patience and caring about his work. Charles Opal from Airtron serviced our air conditioner today. Charles is always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had just called Airtron to let them know that our air conditioner was not working. Charles showed up to help us out and fix our air conditioner within an hour of our call. Our air conditioner drain pipe was clogged so he had to go to the store to purchase bleach to clean the pipe. Before he left he made sure everything was working properly and showed us how to prevent this kind of problem in the future. We can always count on Charles to keep our air conditioner running smoothly.
