I’ve been a patient here for practically eons and have, except for one PA many years ago, been very pleased with every visit. Dr. Gregory Appert is my PCP and is caring, efficient, knowledgeable and very personable. I actually enjoy going!

I arrived on time and waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes without being called back. About 10 other people checked in and were called back while I sat there. They gave me no updates, even after I asked after about 1/2 hour, but said they'd check. After 15 additional minutes I asked what was going on and they said they didn't have a room but they would check again. When I said that I had to go back to work, they said they hoped to have a room soon but couldn't promise anything. I used to go here many years ago and it was great... however I was shocked to see such a low review score...I stopped coming bc their labs kept throwing incorrect results and now it seems the organization has gotten even worse. They are short on rooms and no consideration is given for how long people have been waiting after check-in. They have multiple doctors yes but poor communication between them to serve people better. Insurance and healthcare is so bad in this country now I guess I should be glad someone picked up the phone when I called. Most doctors just have dead end phone trees and never pick up. But now I'm remembering why I left...
