We are from out of town and looked for a place for my partner to get his beard trimmed. We were able to book here fairly quickly and the staff were super nice. My partner booked with Ashley and she hands down was the BEST barber he’s ever had. She was super nice, worked quickly, and his beard trim has never looked better. I would give this place more stars if I could. Raleigh natives or just passing through for vacation, must visit if you need a barber.

I absolutely 10/10 recommend going to Mr. Pompadour for your next barber service. The shop is beautiful, the vibe is excellent, and Jess is the best barber in Raleigh! Jess is amazing at what she does, and so knowledgeable on tips and recommendations to help you achieve the cut and look you are going for. She welcomed me in, and immediately helped me pinpoint the look I wanted to achieve, and throughout the process she checked in with me to see what shape I wanted to have. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Jess, and will definitely be returning.

I was apprehensive about going to a new location/barber, then I got there and was excited!! I was greeted by Matt, he was cool, professional and personable, he asked if I wanted a drink; large selection. I ordered a beer and we talked, very friendly.Ashleigh, my Barbour was in charge of my new beard (1st time growing one…. at 53) trim and haircut.Ashleigh was awsome, professional and friendly. I told her what I was looking to do with my hair (which will probably change later) and showed her pictures.She told me what I had to do to get to the style I was looking at and gave me a great cut until I reach that point.The beard trim was effortless for her.
