The team installed a new mini split in a garage with a super clean install and takes care of all HVAC needs, including regular maintenance. They have kept all three AC units running for many years, with excellent work and service that goes above and beyond. When one unit quit, they breathed new life into it quickly and thoroughly. Seasonal maintenance was kind and thorough, with hard work appreciated. One air conditioning unit stopped working, and the secretary was one of the most efficient persons, very courteous, pleasant, and always follows up. The technician was prompt, did a thorough diagnostic, replaced a part he had with him, and was considerate and respectful. Each time, they have not disappointed. The contact and scheduling side is a pleasure, and one technician is what every service technician should strive to be—prompt, patient, and knowledgeable.
Only 100+ degrees this Saturday afternoon when a thermostat began to misbehave, i.e., lost power. Quick call to CoolChange/FixMyAC and Stephanie who dispatched technician Kendall.
Friendly, very knowledgable, explained that the system shut itself off on account of a clog in the attic unit’s drain line where ugly stuff grows. Thank you, Mr. System!
Then Kendall checked everything else out on both systems, inside & out plus flushed out the external drains too.
