I called Marty Napier of Anson Mechanical Services last December and he came out right away and told me that I needed a new unit. And while I waited on the unit to come in he brought out portable heaters to my house after work to make sure I stayed warm. And when the new unit was installed he came back once again after work to make sure I knew how to work the new digital thermostat.
