Very prompt. Very knowledgeable and the technician was the best. I would recommend them for any work they provide.

Mac was knowledgeable and displayed excellent customer service. Fixed my AC fast
This is a little late BUT we had 2 companies out to check our heat pump that was only blowing cool air in 2 or 3 rooms in the house. One that installed it decided it was not the still under warranty unit but something under the house so he gave us a name to call but this company gave an estimate that was more than double what the unit cost even. 2 men came out & checked & explained what was wrong in terms even I could understand, took pics & showed us as well as drew diagrams of the problem. Also had issues with the foundation vents & they came back & in less than 3 hours had not only FIXED THE PROBLEM so the whole house was cool but changed out all the vents too. The cost surprised us being much less than half the estimate from the other company. I think the lead man's name was Chris but we will always call Austin Mechanical for all of our ac & heating needs. btw there was not a scrap of paper even left in the yard. Cut the heat on one night this week & it was great also.
