I've been a patient of one of the physicians here for a couple years. Always a great experience. Prompt, friendly, efficient. Yes it can be difficult getting a timely appointment. Unfortunately, this is a country-wide problem due to our broken health care system.
Updating my review from there call center who gave me a bad experience with scheduling my childs appointment, The office called today, and didn't hesitate to schedule it. That call center thing that there number is linked too, is trash though.
Took from April - July to get a first appointment with my new Doctor, which is absolutely ridiculous- but incredibly worth the wait! I selected Dr. Anne Collins. She made a fantastic first impression on my husband and I (she sees the both of us, separately). She is prompt and arrives on time, she has good communication skills with her nurse Margaret (who is super cute and friendly!). Anne is professional in her appearance and the way she carries herself. She is a great listener as well! She ticked every box on my list, and I have not had to come back to see her. She took care of it all.
