Disappointment. Don’t come here for dry needling.

Kind, courteous, professional staff with a clean modern clinic.

I attempted to book a visit for dry-needling and was told I needed a prescription, so I obtained one from my PC. I arrived for the appointment and was told I needed to sign their digital signature pad for a consent-for-treatment form that I could not see and was given no details about. I asked for a copy of the form I signed I was told it would be in my packet. The packet I received contained no consent-for-treatment, so I revisited the receptionist and requested it again. I don't know whether or not they do a good job or not but these folks need to let new patients know when they call for an initial appointment that they don't have time to schedule them in a timely manner. Letting you know after you come in for an evaluation on a priority condition that they can't see you for another month is not acceptable.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Erica Cheramie! She was able to explain the mechanics of how things were and weren't working in my knee and taught me some exercises and techniques that have literally been life-changing! I can get in and out of my little British sports cars again :-) I cannot express my gratitude enough for the change in my mobility!!!! Five stars and I'd give 10 if I could!
