“I recently moved to the area and my hair was in desperate need of some reshaping and trimming. Desperate as in, my ends felt 6 feet under, dead and dry. It’s been well over a year, and after 3 consecutively terrible experiences over 2.5 years (at a different salon) I decided to bite the bullet and brave the scissors again just for a trim and cut. Olivia truly revived my love and faith in a good haircut. She stayed true to what I wanted, without any coercing into what she thought would be better. I gave her my vision and she made it reality, to the next level. Olivia was funny, sooo sweet & helpful, and incredibly patient with me. She sensed my hesitations and took baby steps with me until we reached the desired outcome. I believe anyone can go learn a skill, but very few can take that and turn it into a talent. If you’re looking for a simple chop job, with fingers crossed it’ll come out okay, go to any run of the mill stylists. I’d know, I’ve gotten chop jobs more times than I can count. But if you want someone who not only knows what they’re doing and truly hears you, but is gifted in what they do, book an appointment with Olivia. The best stylist I’ve worked with in a very long time, and the only one I’ll be working with going forward.“

The owner, Kathy, and her associate were absolutely amazing. What made the experience so special was Kathy’s passion—she could tell us the personal story behind every single artist in the shop. It made the items feel so much more meaningful.
We ended up walking out with some incredibly cool stained glass pieces and a few other unique gifts to take home to our family. If you are looking for authentic local art and wonderful hospitality, this is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back again soon!“
