“I discovered The Head Shoppe Plus in the most wonderful, serendipitous way. While stopping by the Pilot Mountain Visitors Center, I fell in love with a local stained glass piece on display. When I asked about it, the staff told me I absolutely had to visit The Head Shoppe Plus—and I am so incredibly glad I did!
This place is a brilliant concept:
• One side is a fantastic beauty shop.
• The other side is a treasure trove full of unique, handcrafted gifts created by local artists.
The owner, Kathy, and her associate were absolutely amazing. What made the experience so special was Kathy’s passion—she could tell us the personal story behind every single artist in the shop. It made the items feel so much more meaningful.
We ended up walking out with some incredibly cool stained glass pieces and a few other unique gifts to take home to our family. If you are looking for authentic local art and wonderful hospitality, this is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back again soon!”
