“Malik & Joseph here are THE BEST! My screen was cracked so badly, spots were discolored, pieces of it were coming off, cutting my fingers & I could barely read texts or messages . I've planned on getting a new phone for awhile but didn't want to mess with it after just moving to Charlotte. I'd assumed it was unfixable but thought it was worth asking when I passed their kiosk. Malik said he could fix it but had to order a replacement screen which would take a day or 2 to arrive. The repair cost was reasonable to begin with and he gave me an additional discount for not being able to do it that day. The screen arrived exactly when promised, Malik fixed it in under a 1/2 hour on a busy Saturday/ holiday weekend and my phone like new!

In Maryland when i looked into getting it fixed, it wasnt what they charge to fix a phone i was going to replace soon anyway. And compared to the others in Carolina Place that repair phones, Cellaxs prices are the best. Malik & Joseph are friendly, honest & trustworthy guys who do great work & don't overcharge their customers.

I stopped by again this evening after realizing last night that my dead phone wouldn't charge. I went to Boost mobile 1st (my service provider) who weren't able to help. So I rushed over to my Cellaxs guys, thinking if anyone could fix it, they could. Im in the middle of a 12 hour a day work week so hoped to avoid the hassle of getting a new phone this evening. Malik & Joseph remembered me from the last time, and made no promises but said to give them 20 minutes to look at it.

Upon returning, it was fixed & charging! They just had to disassemble & clean it. MAJOR relief for me not having to get a new phone and spend the night changing all my apps' forgetten login info. When I thanked them & asked what I owed them (at which point I'd have paid through the nose for convenience), they said they weren't charging me because it was easy to fix. Maybe not a big deal for them but their kindness & willingness to help free of charge made my day and really meant a lot to me.
