I called this location asking about a repair for a charging port on a phone and a screen on a smartwatch, and they quoted me about $40 for each. I brought the items on and worked with the store manager (whose name was Jay if I remember correctly). Unfortunately, he told me they don't work on watch screens, but took my phone back to look at it. He had it about 20 minutes and came out with the phone fixed and told me I was good to go, no fee or anything! So while I didn't get my watch fixed, he didn't charge me to clean out the charging port, which was great. They definitely earned a future customer if I need another item repaired!
