Tech was professional and did everything he could to help. However, he didn't notice I had a screen protector on the phone and I had forgotten it was put on when I purchased it. It was the protector that was cracked not the screen. He did find a issue with the phone that I was unaware of and was unable to get part to repair the phone completely.
