“The 1st picture is what I purchased I had for less that 12 hours and it broke on pee, see picture 4. I WAS TOLD THEY COULD JOT EXCHANGE IT, BC I BROKE IT!!!! I legitimately plugged it in and when I pulled it out it was in pieces. They said they didn’t have that version in stock so I purchased the 36w picture 2…but as I was walking out o see the exact one I bought the lady straight up lied to me. The lady was able to exchange the cable which was wrong in the first place I asked for ISB-C to to lightning cable and was give. A USB to lightning cable, she kindly exchanged that for me. Also kiosk 3 where I bought it closed 5 min before 6 and when I said I made it she claimed no we close at 6 I said lady it’s 5:55 showed her my phone and watch, she shrugged her shoulders and left. Kiosk was able to help me with the cable, but completely screwed me over on the car charger saying I broke it in less than 12 hours and pushed it too hard into the port. I said lady it’s a defect part I’m a mechanic who works on cars we get defects all of the time and every single company will warranty it out and give us a new one. I plan on returning tomorrow to get my money back from these crooks. My advice, stick to apple brands ya more expensive but damn I have more bad luck with kiosk mall bs. Lady at phone fix kiosk 3 will definitely regret the rude remarks I promise you that!? EDIT!! ?ANTHONY YOU ARE A BLESSING AS WELL AS NICOLE!!!Anthony called me nearly immediately after I left a poor review regarding a situation that didn’t need to occur to begin with. Nicole and Anthony went above and beyond to make things right! This business went above and beyond what was even necessary I was simply hoping for maybe the $5.50 off on a mag safe phone case I was in serious need of, also on top of that I was asking where I can buy the MagSafe charging staying for phone/AirPod pro/watch combo and it was given to me fore the “inconvenience”! I believe in karma and Jess, Nicole, and Anthony are such wonderful, helpful, Knowledgeable and truly deserving individuals in this world. I will thank you personally as well Anthony, THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS!!! 5 ⭐️ WILL NE MY NEW PHONE LOCATION FOR THE REMAINING FUTURE!“
