I'm new to Charlotte, the curtains ladies are the only that have threaded my eyebrows since I got here from NYC. I've been to them 5-6 times. They are both have been polite. Just explained to them verbally and point out what you want so there's no miscommunication. One time my eyebrows were threaded shorter than I wanted, but they still looked good.
